Join our team to help take care of our 50+ Comodulers, ensuring all people-related records are neatly maintained, up to date, and that processes run smoothly. You’ll also become the “face” of our eco-efficient, vibrant office space in Telliskivi (a 2300m², five-story office with a fantastic rooftop terrace), shared by Comodule and other exciting Estonian startups.

What You’ll Be Doing

HR Responsibilities:
You’ll take ownership of Comodule’s people operations, ensuring employment documentation is accurate, serving as the superuser of our HRIS (BambooHR), and managing smooth approval flows for salaries, vacations, and other key processes. You’ll help conduct surveys and analyses to enhance employee happiness and improve the overall  employee experience. Additionally, you’ll maintain and oversee our benefits and anniversary gifts package.

On the need basis, you’ll also get to contribute to recruitment and employer branding efforts, helping us attract and retain top talent.

Workplace Responsibilities:
Your main goal is to keep the office running smoothly, making sure everything is fully functional and welcoming. Whether it’s restocking supplies or handling small repairs, you’ll keep the space in top condition. You’ll be responsible for tech and facility maintenance (WiFi, lighting, heating, access control) and coordinating with service providers. You’ll also manage budgeting, serve as the go-to person for our landlord and tenants, and oversee tenant onboarding, move-ins, and move-outs. Beyond operations, you’ll foster a positive, welcoming atmosphere by organizing events and maintaining a strong community vibe. As we continue improving our coworking space, you’ll play a key role in keeping it aligned with our values, with a focus on sustainability.

About You

You’re a people person who loves helping others and you have already experience with running HR operations. Systems, tools, and processes excite you, and you’re known for your independence, organization, and attention to detail. Even in a fast-paced environment, you stay calm and juggle multiple tasks with a smile.

You’re proactive and take ownership of your work, constantly surprising the team with creative solutions. Communication is your strength—you keep the team updated and excel when negotiation is needed. Since we’re an international team, fluent English is a must.

Bonus points if you have experience in office management, workplace design, or real estate management, along with a business mindset!
