About the Internship

Join Comodule’s dynamic Supply Chain team and gain hands-on experience supporting our Head of Supply with essential purchasing and sourcing tasks. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in our operations, from identifying necessary production components to managing their procurement. You’ll communicate directly with suppliers, take ownership of weekly reviews on missing components and delivery statuses, and assist in setting purchase conditions. Additionally, you’ll manage ERP systems, ensuring the accuracy of purchase terms, prices, and delivery times. Your role will also involve assembling production plans and acting as a key link between suppliers and internal stakeholders.

About You

We’re looking for someone passionate about supply chain management or procurement, eager to grow in this field. You’ll excel in this role if you’re tech-savvy, comfortable working with ERP systems, and possess strong analytical and organisational skills. A systematic approach, love for numbers, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential. Excellent communication skills and fluency in both written and spoken English are a must.
